I hold the golf club clumsily in my hands, trying to line it up with the golf ball. I take a deep breath then swing. I miss. On my second attempt, I barely make contact with the ball, and it rolls off of the roof pathetically. My sister cheers.
My week in Atlanta has clearly taught me that my golf skills need work.

I’ve taken a graphic design class in high school, and I’ve definitely familiarized myself with creating artwork on photoshop; however, I’ve never sat down and designed a logo for someone else before. When I got asked to create one for a blog, I was equal parts nervous and excited. What was I going to do? How was I going to design it? What if it wasn’t any good?
After a quick moment of panicking, I began doing some research and finding reference pictures. I also began sketching way more frequently, so I could get used to drawing the full human figure.
